“By supporting the Children’s Center of Utah, we hope to help recognize the importance of treating mental health issues at the earliest age possible to give kids a solid foundation and the tools they need to succeed.“
The Brewer’s Bread is pleased to announce that during the month of May they will donate 10 percent of their gross sales to The Children’s Center of Utah, a Utah-based nonprofit offering mental health services to children of all ages and their families. The Brewer’s Bread signature batards, baguettes, rye, habanero parm and jalapeno cheddar breads will be available during a pop-up event at The West Side Tavern and Cold Beer Store at 1763 S 300 W in Salt Lake City on May 20 from 4-7 p.m. Their baked goods are also available to purchase online at thebrewersbread.com.
“We strongly believe that kids deserve the best chance for success at life right from the start,” said Kellee Curfew, CEO of The Brewer’s Bread. “By supporting the Children’s Center of Utah, we hope to help recognize the importance of treating mental health issues at the earliest age possible to give kids a solid foundation and the tools they need to succeed.”
The Children’s Center Utah offers clinical services such as child and family therapy, assessment and evaluations, therapeutic preschool, and infant/early childhood mental health (IECMH) consultations and webinars for childcare professionals. Money donated by The Brewer’s Bread will help the center’s ability to provide comprehensive mental health services to children and families in need.
